Account Management:

If you wish to delete your reloTrack account, send us an email at support@reloTrack.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."Please provide the following details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Cell Phone Number
  • Password

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your first name, last name, password, email address, and cell phone number from our system. However, please note that some additional non-identifiable data may be retained for backup, archival, or legal/regulatory purposes.
